Resound Real-Life Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Resound Real Life Rewards Program is open to existing Resound Networks customers in good standing. To qualify as “in good standing,” the referring customer must have no past due payments.
Referred Customers: The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously subscribed to Resound Networks services. Existing or former customers are not eligible to be referred under this program.
Referral Period: Effective April 15, 2025, only referrals that result in new installations will be eligible for rewards. Additionally, rewards will only be issued for referrals that occurred within the last 12 months from the date of submission.
Referral Rewards: Referral rewards will only be issued once the referred customer has successfully signed up, activated their service, and remained in good standing for 30 days.
Program Abuse: Resound Networks reserves the right to review referrals and withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.
Changes to the Program: Resound Networks reserves the right to modify or terminate the Resound Connect Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
